The traditional raised panel design has been a staple of home design for hundreds of years. The frame and panel construction was initially developed to combat moisture damage, but the style quickly became a favorite for those looking to add a grand statement to their home.
This door features a 4-panel double hip design on 1 3/8" thick pine. The double hip on the panel adds just a touch more detail to the overall design. The door comes in a variety of heights and widths to suit most any space in your home. The clear pine material is perfect for either a rich stain or paint finish.
* Widths 20" and under include only two panels but follow the four panel design and layout
Industry Standard is that you add at least 2" to the overall dimension of the door size, to determine your RO. For example, if you order (1) 30"W x 80"H size door, your RO needs to be at least 32"W x 82"H for a single door application. If you are ordering for a double door application, and want to use (2) 30"W x 80"H size doors inside your one opening, your RO needs to be at least 62"W x 82"H.

With our RapidHang™ system, doors are prepped and pre-hung in our facility to ensure that everything fits perfectly based on your specifications. We then disassemble them and ship them flat with the hinge jamb attached for a cost effective and safe transit to your home or job site.
Fill out the form to add the prehung option to your order. All double door prehung doors will add an additional door to your cart. Please note that any doors 16" and under in width may not be bored as the stile is too narrow. Select your double doors as 1/2 the width size needed for a full application. (i.e. 30" Wide Finished opening measurement, please select 15" Doors and select double door configuration.

- Jamb Kit acts as prehung - just ships flat w/easy assembly
- Jamb Kit material is 5/8" thick for each piece
- Jamb Kit sides are 82" long for any 6'8" size ordered, then 98" long for any 8'0 size ordered.
- The header width is determined by the size of the door or doors (if double door application).
- Jamb Kit material is flat jambs.
- Jamb Kit material is available in primed or solid, stain-grade pine. Sizes are 4-5/8" or 6-5/8".

These doors are made from veneered engineered solid core pine wood. The inner core is made of hardwood in a cross grain pattern bonded together under heat, pressure and glue. The result is a stronger product that limits cracking and splitting of the wood material. Unfinished pine doors require oil-based finishing. For more information, see our Finishing page.

"My Husband and I had a bit of a competition. I ordered one door from you and he ordered two doors with the same design from Brosco delivered by our local lumber retailer. Your got to us first. Your door was less expensive but the shipping negated any savings. I got to painting each and I have to say that the Brosco doors are much nicer in quality of the wood working, the depth of detail and the attention to finish. Sorry but we will be getting the rest of our interior doors from them."

"I’m sure you realize that these doors have no veneer on them, just solid wood. So if I use latex paint it shouldn’t void the warranty since there’s no veneer to lift off. Oil based primer and paint are hard to find these days for good reason! I like the doors so I’m not needing any warranty in case you were wondering!"
